Ingredients

1. Ragi flour – 1.5 cup

2. Big onion – 2 nos finely chopped

3. Drumstick leaves – 1 cup

4. Capsicum – half cup finely chopped

5. Coconut – half cup grated

6. Ginger grated – one tsp (optional)

7. Curry leaves – few finely chopped

8. Chilli powder – 1 tbsp

9. Green chillies – as required

10. Salt – as required

Instructions

1. Add Ragi Flour, salt, chilli powder, curry leaves, garlic, coconut, big onion, drumstick leaves, gingelly oil, capsicum, and water in a bowl and mix together to form a thick batter.

2. Take your Cast Iron Dosa Tawa and apply seasoning. Ready to cook. You can also use butter paper to make shapes.

3. Spread the batter in the shape of Dosa and add gingelly oil along the edges.

4. Flip it back and forth, till the batter gets cooked nicely.

5. Serve it with jaggery powder, pickle or any chutney.
