Grill Fish | Black Pomfret Fish Fry | Vavval Meen Fry

Ingredients

  1. Chilli Powder – 2 tbsp
  2. Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
  3. Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
  4. Salt as required
  5. GG Paste – 1tsp
  6. Curry Leaves finely chopped
  7. Coconut Oil – 1 tbsp
  8. Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
  9. Fish – 6 cut pieces
  10. Coconut Oil to grease grill pan

Ragi Adai 

Ingredients

  1. Ragi flour – 1.5 cup
  2. Big onion – 2 nos  finely chopped
  3. Drumstick leaves – 1 cup
  4. Capsicum – half cup finely chopped
  5. Coconut – half cup grated
  6. Ginger grated – one tsp (optional)
  7. Curry leaves – few finely chopped
  8. Chilli powder – 1 tbsp or green chilies – as required
  9. Salt – as required

White Pomfret Fish Fry | Vavval Meen Fry

Ingredients

  1. Pomfret Fish – 4 nos medium size
  2. Garlic – 10 cloves
  3. ginger – 1 inch
  4. green chillies – 4 nos
  5. curry leaves – handful
  6. coriander leaves – handful
  7. pepper corns – 1/2 tsp
  8. lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  9. coconut oil – for frying

Millet Egg Rice – Barnyard Millet Egg Rice – Kuthiraivali Muttai Sadam

Ingredients

  1. Oil – 3 tbsp
  2. Mustard – 1/2 tsp
  3. Bengal gram dhal – 1 tsp
  4. Urad dhal – 1 tsp
  5. Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
  6. Big Onion finely chopped – 1 no
  7. Capsicum finely chopped – 1 no
  8. Pink Salt – as required
  9. Eggs – 3 nos
